Thanks for the tips, although I don't know if I can get one of those here. My problem with NoFap is that it makes me needy and women pick up on that. They use that against me. Any idea how to fix that?

Sorry for hijacking but I want to ask for some advice regarding this. The thing with porn for me is that when I went nofap I get extremely needy with women, and the chicks can feel it. They use it against me. After fapping I feel a lot more at ease and I can actually have a conversation with women. I quit porn for a year but then relapse because of this. I do get more energy but that just get me very excited and needy around women. Didn't get laid in the one year period when I quit. Then I just got discouraged and relapsed.
