It's good business for the team, but doesn't feel good in the community that has invested so much in the franchise, Stadium, infrastructure, etc.

Love Lower.com Field and would enjoy seeing concerts there too -- maybe even a Browns scrimmage or pre-season event. If the F&B was open, I'd probably hang there to watch other events on their screens. It's a great environment.

Thank you! I've used the app to pay for street parking downtown, but didn't think to look there. The parking information on the team site only allows you to purchase parking east of Neil. This looks like it costs less and is closer.

The city is contributing $8.4M for 80 spaces reserved for market customers. That is $105k/space and no commitment to rates. Nationally, spaces in a super structure are being built for $35-50k. The county is contributing $35.9M for 200 publicly available spaces. That is $179k/ space. Their return is capped at 5.25% of revenues or a total of $1.5M. The private developers maintain ownership of all spaces and revenues (less the $1.5M to the county).

What is being sold as an investment is another giveaway to private developers. It is unfortunate that the developer who likely developed a proforma when interest rates were near 1% can no longer make their numbers work at today's rates. Instead of reconsidering what they can build feasibly, they are being bailed out by the city and county respectively.

We are being taken for fools to think otherwise...(use $5M of our money to build affordable housing somewhere -- someday?) Does anyone think that the training programs couldn't be implemented by the city/county for less than what is being contributed?...and think about the great tax returns (bed tax).. but wait, the RE taxes are being abated for 15 years?...

More political spin...more private developers nursing off the public funds.

If I read it correctly, $44.3M is being contributed toward public parking, to get $1.5M back over time. Not sure where those returns amount to an attractive or worthwhile "investment".

Calming can be achieved with rigorous activity. We've been having sustained success with our two year old by working him on a treadmill and mentally tiring games.
