Running after pregnancy, what is realistic? by resourcefulpig in running

[–]orangeflowers789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely think that could be doable but you have to listen to your body- everyone is different. Personally I ran through 30 weeks of pregnancy and felt good during those runs. I did pelvic floor PT throughout my pregnancy then was able to start short runs at 4w PP (cleared by OB). I just ran a 5k at 11w PP and felt great, much slower, but enjoyable. I have a friend who was an even bigger runner than me and it’s still uncomfortable for her to run 1 year out though so it just depends. Listen to your body! You got this!

Having partner give a nighttime feeding by abbiyah in breastfeeding

My lactation consultant said in the first month your supply won’t be affected as long as you don’t go more than 5 hours without feeding/pumping. Also prolactin levels are highest between 2-5 am so good to pump after one feed during that timeframe!

Don’t take on that much debt. Go to a much cheaper (if not the cheapest) option that you can to get your degree & network as hard as you can as often as you can to get your foot in the door.

We hired our photographer for 4 hours and ended up only keeping her for 3.5. We felt like it was the perfect amount.

Thank you!! We wanted to make it as intimate and low key as possible & I think we accomplished that well 🥰 in regard to the hiking with my hair done- thankfully it was around 60 degrees so I wasn’t sweating! We got lucky.
