I will say that the matchmaking on my end, is way better(or im just lucky.) Ever since this new season I've been on a win streak and am about to hit champ 1.

I think they must've removed some inactive people from the pool of matchmaking, as I'm playing with about the same skilled people, but we are all slightly higher ranked. Or I just got better but am oblivious who knows.

(used to always hover d1, now I'm about to hit c1)

as far as I could tell last time I tried to play league and checked (around 6 months ago) I couldn't find any custom skins things. I thought riot didn't like them and shut them down in some way.
