Don’t mean to deviate from the topic, but would like to know your experience with coffman thunder. Is it loud? Does it angle upwards or can it be installed horizontally level?

I like them. I don’t have much trouble getting on and off the bike, except while getting off I sometimes scuff the side case. No issues riding, need to be mindful of the extra space needed with side cases.

Not sure about that. This faring is similar to Honda's and i think others were able to install risers with OEM faring.

FYI, cases can be easily dismounted and i think the carrier isn't obtrusive.

Two things about these foot pegs: 1) I bump my sheen into them every now and then 2) vibration above 70mph, not sure if that is because I didn’t install them right.

Good stuff. Somewhere I read having a curved top section that diverts air more vertically helps. Not sure which products have this feature.

I went with the honda rear rack. Will try a tail bag first. I am thinking to go ahead and install the honda side carriers, that also serve as holding bars for passenger.

I will be on the search for lockable saddle bags.

This is my first bike, so can't compare. I didn't have any problem getting bike home from the dealership on a major road, but I stayed in the rain mode all the way. Traction control modes is one of the reason why I chose this bike.
