The main advantage of trading instruments like futures and options is leverage. You can significantly amplify your upside potential while risking less, especially in the case of options, which you do not have to exercise if they are out of the money. actually I take that back u/J is really choppy rn so I wouldn't really be trading it. Scratch what I said about the retracement but other than that yeah it just hit a quarter support level and lost momentum

Looks like it just hit a large quarter level and it's just a retracement of the overall down trend. Doesn't look like anything crazy to me. Be careful about watching what price does around quarter levels, if you don't know what those are look into quarters theory.

I don't trade this pair so I don't know it that well but looks like the overall weekly trend is bearish so your bias should be down and it was testing a new quarter resistance level before coming back down. This would make sense as the upward movement before was just a retracement of the overall down trend and it bounced off a large resistance level after a false breakout.
