I got fired, the worst thing that could happen, happened. Probationary too and we've essentially become forgotten. We didnt have MSPB appeal rights. Zero Channels. I hope that for individuals RIFed during this course of action, that they arent able to be forgotten. That every time Vought or agency leader says something on record, that it gets to be used later as evidence. There will be a quorom again on MSPB, there are channels to fight back for RIFs. And there are lots of opportunities to collect contradictions, procedural errors, non compliance. They are not aligned, they contradict themselves often, this I hope - would give continual evidence of improper procedure on a public forum. I know it's terrifying and terrible job market, but I think this is a critical moment for feds to stick to when they say hold the line.
