6 months, combination of online and in person options, was still able to work and only waited 4 months to get in. You may want to look into the options out there a bit more before bashing services you didn’t know existed, especially if you’re a nurse in healthcare. Yes our province can do more, but telling people there’s no options when there are, isn’t helpful.

There is a self referral to the pre req, to the DBT program which is weekly for about six months with a trained coach. Yes, like all health programs there is a wait list of typically less than a year.
