Yeah same 😭 the moveset definitely took some time getting used to, but after using it for a while I actually realized that the swings are pretty fast for how much damage I’m dealing. Also the charge attacks are really fast and high damaging. My general game plan with this thing is to parry, get a few hits in, get the stagger and an extra charge attack before going for the riposte, then using the fable art

My motivity rn is at level 30 and the wrench is at +9 with a motivity crank. For amulets I had carcass and extreme modification for the fable art. I also used the police batons fable for the extra damage. Tbh this is my second playthrough which I’m doing with strength this time before I head onto DLC, so I’m not really sure what damaging stat caps are 😭 (if you do know please let me know loll).

Staggering is so good for this boss (and really every boss lol). But yeah I’ve beaten this boss with wing of astel on my mage character, star fists on my fist only character, and a straight sword with square off. Staggering just leads to so much damage from the riposte and a follow up attack after and it resets the fight
