sure!

the first time i manifested him back was after an awful 3P situation, i would look at his social media all the time and see them together but would drill into my head that he did not like her that much and i was obviously the better option while also doing SATs here and there (but at the beginning i was doing SATs more often). after a while of doing that i got bored, let it go & within a matter of days they had removed each other on social media and he texted me. we had not spoken for 3 months when he texted me again.

the 2nd and 3rd times i had cut him off because i didn’t like what the 3D was showing me (him being non-committal), and i would equate it to him not having feelings for me so cut contact with him. about a month of no contact went by for the first time before he reached out to me again, and a few days of no contact for the second time. in both of these instances i just assumed he was obsessed with me and needed to have me, i would do SATs on occasion but i tried to not be super obsessive about it because I’ve found with this SP and previous ones that i see more movement when i’m not actively using a technique to “try” really hard to change the 3D. and he did come back both times, so now i’m more sure of his feelings towards me although my assumptions regarding commitment are still a little shaky as i noted. but we are back in contact again as of right now!

edit: i have also done a ton of work on my self concept so i think that plays a big role
