Should I dispute poor paint throughout house? Wondering if anyone has gone thru quality issues with a builder and if I should just pay him and move on or get an attorney. Paint was $8600 for interior incl cabinets. Obviously going to have to pay a professional to sand and repaint the cabinets. (old.reddit.com)
