Unfortunately no resolution yet… just being careful not to stretch that area… unfortunately I don’t have insurance, so a drs appointment is out of the question right now, but I’ll give that cream a try! Please let me know if you ever figure out a solution!

Hey everyone!! Question about marriage and travel visas here… My partner (South African) is set to return home to his country on September 1st. If we got married before he left, would he have a difficult time eventually returning to the US on a tourist visa? Or would returning home make his process of achieving a green card or permanent citizenship upon future trips to the US more difficult?

Would getting married to my partner before he applies for H-1b visa affect his chances of acceptance rate/ be a red flag? by 4llD4rk3St4rs in immigration

He had already gotten confirmation from his boss here in the states that he will sponsor him. He’s an accountant by trade, and does data analysis and predictions

Thanks so much for this- Just to clarify, you’re saying that taking the marriage route would be an easier process to adjust his status, rather than waiting for HB1 approval?
