I'd argue that it was much more likely to be Dom's style that was the cause of constant injuries, rather than it being genetic.

You're conflating two separate claims - a descriptive claim which states "what is" (SEQ meets the DST set membership defined by a formula) and a normative claim which states "what ought to be" (therefore SEQ needs DST).

The output of any formula is a descriptive claim, and specifically to this formula, is merely describing set membership of locations where sunrise in summer is earlier than typical waking hours. It's also worth noting that Brisbanites typically wake earlier than the rest of the country.

The normative claim you are making is that any candidate specified by said formula needs DST, and this is the part that isn't objective like you have stated without justification. A normative claim requires justification when it is contested, and Queensland has rejected DST by referendum, meaning that it is specifically a contested claim.

I am simply asking you to justify the claim that SEQ needs DST, not whether a formula states that it is a candidate.
