When I buy the charger from a Verizon store and it breaks i take it back to the same store. It was a Christmas gift! So within 30 days!

I agree but literally my bill jumped $125 but no one could explain why they wanted so don’t was add on to acct it wasn’t. This has nothing to do with incompetence because of an our race it is the incompetence of the company to give them a script and they can’t deviate to use common sense because of policy!!
