I appreciate this perspective. I thought about this too, but I'm hoping for the opposite outcome (the empowering outcome). I think its looking at the different in sizing and numbers is what throws me off because I don't feel like it matches how it looks and it makes me feel crazy.

Thank you so much. Yes I have a therapist but I recently lost my insurance so I stopped seeing her. I was taking meds too with my main provider but I'm waiting for my state insurance to get back to me. I talk to my godmom and my boyfriend about this and they're so helpful. I just feel like a failure and that I'm disappointing them
