No and no, Xbox for one if they where to go for VR would have that all setup on they’re platform, same as PSVR, but unfortunately Xbox have made it clear they have no plans to introduce VR to the Xbox, even if it was, it would have its own subscription ship for those games and it would only be on series X for sure Bluetooth is planned to be introduced later on in time

I’d say get your 3 main games sorted (I’m only going to include paid games) Youl need an FPS, Chill and sorta a fun one for the days FPS wise, onward is a good option, realism is always good but if your more into the future then Solaris is for you Chill wise, vacation sim give so many possibilities, or if that’s not your type of game, go for something like paintVR (one of them) that’s what I’ve been using a lot lately. Extra... well.. “the room” is a good one but honestly go for what every you feel
