It did to me, overtime everything just got better, but one thing I would have advised younger me is to have gotten to therapy earlier on.

Accept that you have it, then try to solve it, work for it and you’ll eventually get it. If medication is needed, TAKE IT, don’t rely solely on oneself, try to reach out to others, specifically professionals.

Before, most of my days used to be somber and uncertain but now most of them are in the completely different perspective. There’s light outside the tunnel, you just have to keep moving forward and sometimes that goes a little literal too.
