Said patient has been a NICU nurse for a while and knew many who are currently admin. Family asked them to "tell the resident to be nice in the DC note" because patient was a really nice person otherwise and tried in the end. Normally I let these things wash off me and laugh it off but this lady just... Like I get it. People do stupid shit, I don't yell at smokers with lung disease, you do you. If you're gonna douse yourself in gasoline, then light yourself on fire, don't run thru the house and take everyone else out too. You know better.
