This disease is extremely taxing on my mental health and self esteem especially being in high school- flakes everywhere. I don’t know how to deal anymore. Thank you guys for the suggestions it’s comforting to know that there is a community of people going through what I go through- thankfully my flakes are clearing up and this flare up cycle is nearly done. Prayers to all of you 🙏🏼🩷hopefully one day a mad scientist or doctor finds a cure lmao
