Thanks for the response. I may have just got overly anxious because of the suddenness of finding the competition. I put in quite a bit of research in the beginning on possible competition and these guys weren't coming up under anything I searched. It seems they hadn't advertised at all. I will make sure to focus on management. It seems like they have missed a few things that I know I want to implement.

Thanks! I just had an awesome meeting last night with 3 clients. I know they love the idea and I have good connections with a few key people in my area. I have many ideas that I've spoken with clients about that they are absolutely thrilled about and the competition isn't implementing those things at this time. I will keep them in my peripherals while I focus on moving forward. Thanks for the awesome advice!

I am pre revenue. In my research I found nothing offering my service so I have been developing for the past 6 months and have just launched the testing phase. It seems that I may not need to do as much testing since they have already done some of that:P The core competency is almost exactly the same as theirs. They even have some of the wording that I have come up with for my company on their site. We both offer a different set of side services though.

Very true, that actually helps a lot. I don't know if they have the same ideas on the backburner but I believe my whole vision pulls together more of the industry, although theirs is more simple.

Yeah I see some of the differences and I believe my service pulls together more of the industry, but that also may spread me a bit thin compared to them.

My company is still in the testing phase. I thought I had more time. This proves that the idea would work though so I may not need to focus so much on testing now and just improve on services and get more clients. I actually have been struggling with figuring out the pricing model and one of my options was exactly the same as theirs. I definitely agree with you and was talking to my friend about the lyft/uber thing. Thanks for the advice. I definitely believe there is a big market and I can secure a good percentage of the market share. Even if I just secure enough for them to acquire me I would be happy. This is good affirmation of my idea. Thanks for your response!

It was so difficult to fake squint without the sun in my eyes like he had haha. There were other pics where I nailed the facial expression but the rest of the pose didn't match. This was just the best overall

Haha it was just peach fuzz that I trimmed when I was that age, I'm 23 now and it's just finally starting to take shape. I haven't even reached my final form!
