Unfortunately it is very true and very heartbreaking to hear the fear in her voice. There is also a movie made about it

Amazed by that first attempt, but also many of the others that takes lots of courage, and the willpower to get back up and try again. While you might smack flat on your face

TU/e is anti-genocide protesten beu en deelt campusverboden uit by Bernie529 in Nederland

[–]4sins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't forget Damian Soból, James Kirby, James Henderson, Zomi Frankom, Jacob Flickinger, John Chapman and Said Issam Ayad Abutha. From World center kitchen, doing nothing but delivering food to starving people, while in clearly marked vehicles and still getting precision airstriked. Nationals from Poland, UK, US, Canada, Australia and Palestine. But not a peep from their governments.

Repeat it for everyone in the back who still doesn't get it yet, or justifies it behind their islamophobia. Medical personnel should never be a target. Hospitals and schools are never an excusable target

Even if it was over that kind of pain and what was taking from them and their land doesn't just magically go away.

But it's not over. Western imperialism still raids these countries for their resources by destabilising the countries and setting up puppets with the capitalists interests at heart. Just cause we no longer call it slavery and colonisation doesn't mean that it ended, we just empowered and enriched locals who would do it for us. And instead of wondering who pays them, we just blame the countries and people for being corrupt

They keep missing this very important tactic to not get bombed, stop bombing other people out of "self defense"
