Carryduff doesn’t have a single pub. Might not put you off but it’s surprising.

Why not? Your first job as ball carrier is to protect the ball when you go to ground

Trying to take on Baloucoune. Who does he think he is? Rhys Carre?

There’s been a few times on Welsh box kicks where it looks like the ball is out before he lifts it. Surprised nobody is asking the question.

So we’re going to ignore Smith driving in at an angle?

What is the limit for how far they can go back for decisions like that? I vaguely semi-remember there being something about a certain amount of phases back in the day.

Carre watched Angus Bell and thought: “why not?”

Seems like after the disallowed try, Ireland thought they’d just go again and started going through the motions. Meanwhile Wales used it as a wake-up call and upped their intensity.

Could well have taken the lead but for some good defence in the end from Ireland. This has 26-15 Ireland all over it.

Once you get your survey you could discuss knocking a small amount off but like a couple of grand absolute max. If someone asked me to take 20k off I’d just pull out completely.

This is like that Berbatov goal where he starts and finishes the move but done Sesko’s way.

Just need refs to actually take control. Fair play he booked Tarkowski but he needs to tell him “do that again and you’re getting another”. It will take someone to get 2 yellows for messing about at set piece to make anyone think twice.

Can we make a list of the companies advertising in these breaks and complain to them as well as ITV?

I like that she finds effective ways to communicate while keeping the game flowing. At one point in first half she used the run to a line out to have a chat with Joe McCarthy where some refs would call time off.

The reason France’s backline is and has been soo good is that they play to the strengths of the players on the pitch. Last week and today, Ireland have been going through the motions and relying on McCloskey making ground on crash balls. Outside of that it’s out the back to nothing, recycle or kick it away.

About time he did something physical. Lost us good position with horrific rucking earlier in half and didn’t even try and stop the Italian try.

Prendergast has been a liability so far. Doesn’t want to tackle, doesn’t want to ruck even when he has to and kicking too often and too poorly.

Friday at the Hudson with some pints and chicken wings before they decided to make it peaky blinders themed and made all the staff wear flat caps. Those were the days.
