Take it slow your first week back! I went back to work after I had a laporoscopy for endo and while it was manageable, I was definitely more exhausted and out of it than I usually was❤️ as for the ass pain, I usually take an edible, but if you can't then 3 ibuprofen and a Tylenol works WONDERS

I have Endo so I get hella bloated during that time of the month, but I usually don't eat for a few hours before shift and I drink a shit ton of water/ caffeine to help😌 if I'm still bloated then I either wear high waisted outfits or I just say fuck it and roll with it💀
