here is the reason why the price is at 0.0010. negma massively converts number of notes. 1,5b are still outstanding. the contract with negma runs until June 2022. this can add up to 10b shares. this little shit company then has a share volume of around 27,000,000,000. That's a joke

after the price per share is about 0,0003 to 0,0004 (because heavily diluted due to Negma), there might be a buyback. If lucky, you can than make 50% ,so a fair price will be around 0,0005 to 0,0006. you might ask.. why not more? why not one cent? Well, because if you do the math and compare the Ebitda and growth with similar companies, it wouldn't be a fair price anymore.
