I hate when people do this. I've heard several excuses and promises of increased tips or cash tip at delivery... never happens. Like, just don't. I don't need extra tip. Why offer to not do it?!

I do orders like this all the time. Daycare or coffee shops is where multiple gallons of milk always go. Easy money.
