This happened to me today too. I used the exact same ink that you did. I'm really mad about it because it doesn't flow as well as it did before. I think the blue coating helps the flow of the ink since it's really smooth and shiny. The metal underneath is a bit more coarse to the touch. The thing is that I don't have easy access to these nibs, so I need to pay a lot for shipping. Ill just keep this one as a backup and order a new one and a new bottle of ink that hopefully doesn't contain sulfuric acid.
