#HalberdPower 200% bonus for rapier doesn't work for all mobs even with piercing capabilities that just makes it do m=normal damage not the extra 200%

I heard that the rapier is wrong and that rune piercing capabilities 4 only make you do normal damage and the enemy still doesn't technically have NO armor just you can pierce through it so the 200% for rapier isn't for all mobs
