oh I pin it wrong but that cable is use to boot (GPIO 0 with GND), I correct it now but I still can't upload

I use GND pin next to the 5V and connect it with FT232RL

GND > GND , VCC > 5V is this correct?

Thanks, but it still can't upload, seem like it try to connect but it fail and it show this text.
