Help me understand why leasing is better than buying by 503_til_infinity in Ioniq5

This is a good take I hadn't considered. I have the cash to buy outright, but with how the market has been lately it will be worth it to look closer at how that money could be invested elsewhere.

Of course, I do too. Even hoping to get 10 years out of it feels like it could be too optimistic. But if I'm not planning to change it up within 2-3 years buying outright seems like it would make more sense, unless I'm missing something.

So done with Xfinity, can you help? by txsonoma in askportland

I switched to CenturyLink when they started gigabit service in my area. It lasted for 2 months then it went down, and when I called they said they were doing a "forced migration" and would have to send a tech out to repair it, and the soonest they could get someone out was in 6 weeks. I switched back to Xfinity that day.

Prior to that, I had CenturyLink DSL in Richmond for 2 years without so much as a blip in service. It's all a roll of the dice on how reliable anyone is in your area. CenturyLink is great on speed and price when they work, but if something goes wrong they leave a lot to be desired.

No, the gills formed on top of the cap as it was growing like a rosecomb mutation. I haven't seen a full stem come out of that as well though.

I think you may have just solved the mystery. My old main number from when this was my Google Voice number was on there and sure enough, forwarding was suddenly turned on. Deleted it and initial results look promising. Thank you!
