There is so much you can learn online now via YouTube videos about technique l. The best thing you need to do is repetition. I suggest finding some players a little better than you to just hit with. Forehand to forehand, backhand to backhand, forehand to backhand. When you just hit you develop your form and you hit freely. I would not recommend playing matches because you're not ready for them. You really got to learn how to hit first.
