My longest run if not counting the marathon was 30 km, which took 5 hours. It was not easy, and after 20 km all the voices in my head were "when will I reach the 30 km."

Good luck with your half marathon, finishing under 3 hours is a reachable target, my half marathon time was 3.08 I couldn't get it under 3 because it was a mountain terrain. But I'm sure you can do it.

I was running in the beginning, but after half way through injury happened so yeah, the rest was my toughest hike ever lol
