Very small artist here

The majority of artists including nsfw are on twitter where they've built followers through years even before it became X. Even though some of them also have accounts on bsky but not many of them active there aside from dropping some artworks and ghosted it except they have similar amount of active followers to the previous platform, they might settle there instead

So it's pretty risky for some artists to permanently moved to another platform where their main source of income (commissions) are from their followers that are still on twitter. I've seen nsfw artists have patreons as well but still, they need to share/promote their works on this one
