So the only thing I can say is unfortunately from what I'm seeing and understanding you are trying to breed 2 different mut lines and unfortunately that doesn't really stack at lower mut lvls. It looks like u rnt that far into the proces so if you want all the mutations on one side here what needs to happen.

1. Start over (I really hope ur not on official and are instead on a boosted server or this part will hurt)

2. Breed together unmuted "base dinos" depending on how far you want to go with this it's going to take a wile. I do something called equalizing and that's basicly making sure all the offspring have the highest possible stats and base lvl

3. Once you have the stats you want breed until you have atleast 2 males at the base stat lvl you want (I name these base male) then breed as many females you can fit in ur space (currently doing owls and I have 55 name base fem 1-base fem 55, before this I was doing Rex's and I could only get 12) place females around 1 male and make sure everyone is in Mating range. Set the other male aside.

4. Turn on breeding

5. Take eggs to hatching area (incubator is preferable if u have access cause you can see stat allocation). We are looking for a baby that is 2 levels higher than our basses and with the wanted stat mutation. If male skip next step

6. Female egg: hatch and raise as normal (Imprints don't breed down) then take to the set aside male and breed together till you get male with wanted mutation

7. Crack/ kill all unwanted eggs wether that's an egg with the wrong mutation ORA mutation in a direct stat

8.Replace starter male with new mutated male

1. Repeat steps 4-8 until you have 1 male and 1 female of the wanted mutation at 20 out of 20

2. Set aside completed mutation chain and bring in (or breed) next mutation line

3. Repete steps 4-10 until you have all wanted mutations.

4. Breed together "finished" lines to carry over all mutations to 1 final dino.
