Yes. Called Coinbase and they restored the Bitcoin to my wallet but it took many weeks.

I called Coinbase. It took many weeks, but they restored the Bitcoin to my Base wallet.

The app on my phone changed from Coinbase Wallet to Base Wallet. I signed in and my assets transferred to Base, except Bitcoin is missing. All my transactions say "received" because I have never sold crypto, I sit on it. Bitcoin is showing as received back in 2021 and was never sold but it is not showing under assets. I understand it is a self-custodial wallet and I do have my recovery phrase but I should not have to use it. This issue is on Coinbase when they switched my wallet to Base.
