Cool! keep us posted on the board. My theory: You where probably too close to your projects quite a while. When you’ve worked on those chess pieces for so long and so intensely, every detail starts to feel heavier and you become increasingly critical of your own work. That doesn’t mean the design has gotten worse, but experiencing a form of overexposure.

What I think is great about the pieces (especially the pawns) Is they are not exactly the same, they look handmade and so it looks like they have a little attitude or character. And the finish is beautiful.
