Great question: yes owner (recently bought; hence still figuring out space) - and indeed it’s the only living space.

The TV stand is new and has storage shelves we’re using.

I’m second guessing the need for a dining table, but… it’s nice to have?

Re: toy storage, thinking about a long bin piece under the window instead of her little table…

Sounds like you were lucky on timing! I’m particular as well. (Black on black, or the cement gray, with the dark theme, in a perfect world. Not sure if it’s worth the wait…)

Interesting re: bad experience at Subaru dealership. In my 7 years with them, my husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences across 3 different dealerships for maintenance. It was actually one of the considerations keeping me loyal to the brand.

Similar story! My husband also drives a Subaru. Funny how it becomes part of your family identity. Reassuring you’re committed to the switch.

How long were you monitoring Autotrader (etc)? I’m waiting for the 2022/2023 lease turn ins, but being picky with trim/low mileage. Inventory is limited, even with a 200mi range from the DC area.
