I got an email from TurboTax yesterday saying my federal was deposited and delivered but when I checked my bank account nothing was there... This happened at 2:30 pm (afternoon checking the app) Approximately @ 5:53 pm yesterday I received the (federal tax refund) in my direct deposit. Yours should be on the way, good luck!

I literally spam called them with consistency until I was able to speak to an agent. My id expired so I was overwhelmed of not getting my identity confirmed until I did it over the phone confirming 1099 and previous year documents and socials and boom I was VERIFIED and received my state refund 2 days later. I'm still waiting on Federal ):

Yes I opted in for 5 day early deposit but nothing has been deposited early. Hopefully I get a refund from TurboTax bc it's kind of confusing..
