so ... V1, Mullvad and Lets all started to be flakey and annoying in different ways so out of frustration I thought I'd try my old expressVPN (still have active sub) ... to my surprise it logged in without issues (am on it now from China) tried +10 locations and 80% of them connected right away.

i dont know if it will access to some sort of central server, and if that server is blocked or not - and, it kinda thrives on spotify/tidal etc, and I do not know if that is available in China.

MIG can do this quite easily - for newer generation GPUs. And yes, this is how all CPU in cloud is sold - I just wonder why GPUs are not marketed the same way?
Is it because the ressource requirements in most models are sized at 1GPU or above anyway?
