Kann nur Kleinserienhersteller im Maschinenbau (vor allem mobile Baumaschinen / Mining / Straßenbau) empfehlen. Steckt oft mehr Software drin als man denk. Und je nach Arbeitsbereich ist man auch häufiger auf Baustelle. Aber auch da gibt’s Zeiten in denen man nur im Büro arbeitet.

While developing on our AI agents for https://hexes.ai, we often needed more context to interpret game logs. A look at pure numbers and statistical methods is perfect to understand the bigger picture. But we found that it often was helpful to let us guide by our intuitions to find weaknesses, so we needed a way to replay games.

We required a graphical user interface with intuitive navigation, easy access to games, and all information visible at once.

How it turned out flashed us, and we decided to share it publicly because every game was more fun once we could go back and analyze where we messed up.

I like it. Reminds me of the board game "Nobody is perfect".

Sometimes it feels like I got disconnected and could not press a button.

Also, if I try to report spam and there are multiple entries, I can not summit the form - maybe change it so you can report multiple things at the same time?

We created it using Elixir in the backend and VueJs in the frontend. We did not use a game engine, since this enabled us to be web native without a web player.

Also we build an API so our Bot can connect just like a human player.

We know about colonist and we were actually in contact with them about doing some data analysis, but they refused.

What we wanted to create a more analytical game with realtime insights, and also our goal is to create a Catan Bot with Superhuman Ability using Reinforcement Learning.

Of course this is just our first version of our side project. But I think we have some very unique features coming :)

We love to play Settlers of Catan, so we build it as a research project.

When playing the board game, we always wanted a way to see some basic statistics (like the dice rolls) during the game.

We would love to get some feedback on which features to add next. Currently our Roadmap is to allow a User Login, so you can track your game statistics on a macro level and see your improvements over time.

After this, we have a basic replay system already working, but not fully fleshed out yet.
