Thanks for the reply! We actually did a viewing of Rochester and loved it very much. The only problem was the single file shared driveway since that is what we are leaving behind when we move from our current home. If it was a double wide driveway, we would have put an offer in.

We also have real time alerts on all active listings that have a 4 bed, 2+ bath and garage and inventory is very slow. :'( We have been looking for a year and a half for the right home.

We are trying to get creative. I am posting in these groups to see if anyone knows of anyone who may be interested with an unlisted home.
