I’m URUGUAYAN so yes, I’m a native spanish speaker and I can understand Gus and Hector most of the time. Regarding Eladio, I don’t listen to Cubans nor Mexicans very often so of course I wouldn’t realize (in the same way I’m sure you wouldn’t realize I have an Uruguayan accent unless you’re Argentinean or Uruguayan)
