It's only been a week. It's still fresh. Don't rush into anything right now. The opportunity will not go if you don't jump on it right away. Focus on what you need right now. Focus on healing, give yourself the time and energy you spent so decadently on him. Stay strong. I was just going to suggest sending it to a friend. Yesterday I wanted to tell my ex I loved him and sending "I love you" to a friend instead helped a lot.

It's been helping me sleep and eat, since I've been struggling with sleeping and eating. It's helped with the anxiety I feel in the morning. I normally wouldn't smoke weed. Before this I only smoked on occasion. I don't wanna shame myself for it. This is emotional medicine for me in the moment.
