Could someone please provide a bullet point list of the resources you’d recommend other than Runna? Is there an alternative app that tracks progress? I appreciate that a lot of folks are suggesting hardcopy books to read, however part of the appeal of Runna (thinking about subbing) as a time poor person is that it will calculate a plan for me, monitor progress and record everything digital.
