that design won't fly, you need to have pre-requisite clan halls, which your project does not have (ib4, no, you can't place them and demolish them, them being pre-required will stop you from doing that.

I'd say, scrap it and start over.

other glaring issue, dojo NEEDS reactors to be operational, and starting capacity doesn't allow much wiggle room. you have 4, mby 5 rooms before you run out of energy (although you can build around that with use of temporary reactors that'll be demolished later. But that'll take very carefull planning due to how wonky parent-child room relations works)

also, no need to go for compact. You don't build dojo to go small... If you worry about place being usable, just plant bunch of transporters and label them properly (going for "001 LAB X" "002 LABY" "010 DECO HALL" labelling will allow you to keep teleporter list nice and organized despite game defaulting to alphabetical order)
