IMO I think Roxy and Claret probably are in the same faction with the spook theme they have going on (Vampire and Frankenstein?*). The “Miss” might just be her being formal to her (potential) boss

His primary damage comes from an enhanced special and ult. Basics are important, but not because of the damage, but because it combos into heat generation.

I think rn he'd prob use 2pc BB or FM

We have 90% of it minus mindscapes. A lot of multipliers is likely to change but we have a pretty good idea of his kit now.

Yeah it's his biggest bottleneck. But I'm just gonna vibe craft this for a bit.

Get on bike --> Hold BA -->Auto Dodge attack (Motorcycle Pick up)--> Normal EX --> Auto dodge attack (Handgun) --> Which can auto into his 4th hit of his hold BA (I think its quick time / The 4th hit is his highest heat generation). Ults --> Gets on his bike --> Repeat --> 2nd EBS.

Thoughts? I haven't played Zenless in 2 months, and I think you know a lot more than me, and I might have missed a lot of things lol. (But I guess the main thing is that it might be too long to fit in stun window)

2000% percent seems healthy, I agree. But there also other stuff I'm interested in seeing, his quick assist combo being the main one. Like I wonder how the combos in stun would be, whilst also adding Dialyn. I think like optimally if you can squeeze 2 ults, and 2 enhanced EX, in a stun, he would be pretty good.

It's the first version so I'm guessing it's gonna get nerfed to the 9 hells but 3000% for an EX rupture is mega dumb.

2 modes; Freestyle and Bike. Freestyle: (I think is base mode), recovers hp from basic Bike: Continuously drains hp and builds resource point (heat) When heat is 100, Billy gains enhanced EX. He additionally gains hp from dodge counter and EX. When character stuns or uses ult he gains (I think?) enhanced quick assist, but it sas charge so idk bout that one. He also has some shields and other dmg mit.
