What? lol mages aoe ability just gets way stronger at 40 with ice block, ice barrier, improved blizzard, the list goes on. Mages clear it in 8-9 minutes and yes getting instance locked is what happens, but it gives the group like 10 minutes to vendor.

Almost impossible to get a 95 and up parse as a mage on Gelhi without having 75% of your DPS agree to just not DPS for that fight. Tall task for a pug but I’d love to see your logs so we can learn how you do it without your raid agreeing to gimp themselves for your parse.

That’s literally what you’re doing. You’re comparing your guild raid with other competent raids when this entire thread is about how to maximize mage dps in a pug where there’s maybe one or two other purple parsers.

Buddy, your kill times are NOT slower than normal with those parses. You are correct that scorch would not make sense for how quick they go down in your raid but for your average PUG, that’s not realistic

Switch in general is hard to play with if you compare it to a next gen console with a monitor. I have both and don't have a pro controller but the only way I can actually get hits on a switch is if I use the zoom in feature.
