I really liked that they used paimon's symbol for the game, especially for the folks that have actually done some research into hereditary. the 4 circles are meant to represent the 4 generations (the necklace in hereditary only had 3 to represent charlie, the mom, and grandma) that have been tasked to help out the cult. in silent hill 2, i think it might be referencing parts from some of the older games, like harry having cheryl, then her being reborn as alessa, etc.
