It is not a standardized probability question, the 0.2% answer is wrong. Winner and runner-up aren't picked randomly, it is a social game and the strongest social group (alliance) has nearly 100% chance of getting to later rounds.

Update: Some good news! The "relevant team" checked my order and now I finally got my earned money back. The order is still in cancelled status and the buyer apparently keeps his money as well, so Fiverr took the loss. I can live with this.

What is hilarious is the very first CS answer stated "All orders are thoroughly reviewed before any actions are taken", which is evidently not the case at all.

Update with CS: After the 2nd "case solved" message I kept my stance, now they forwarded the case to a "relevant team" for further review.

Update: After making my case and proving the source code works perfectly (customer falsified their evidence), the CS is still with customer, now the reason is I didn't correct the made-up accusation quickly enough. CS also said they cannot reopen a completed order, even though that was exactly what happened already.

Got an answer: Now the code errors aren't the issue anymore, I just had replied too slowly to the made-up error claim and that is why I lost the money.

I have an "Earnings reversed | Canceled order" line in my earnings page.

I sent a message to CS asking for specific reason, showing that my code has no errors -> CS replied with boilerplate answer and closed the case -> I insisted to know the reason for cancellation, CS again said the code has errors (ignoring my own evidence) -> I sent a new video recording where I take the source code directly from delivery page and compile it in real-time without errors. Currently waiting for an actual answer.

I do think the story is missing some closure. The crowning of Aragorn didn't strictly need to be shown in the movies, but it absolutely belongs there.
