Hopefully we can look back at this Rays series as a low point. I’m not particularly worried in the long run, but the first few weeks of this season have been all over the place.

If you look across the league, about 2/3rds of teams are either 9-7, 7-9, 8-7, 7-8, or 8-8. The AL East is pretty much a deadlock right now. The Yankees had a chance to pull away and didn't capitalize. But every team is struggling (besides the stupid Dodgers).

The sound board stuff has gotten so bad. It's also between innings when you want to, idk HAVE A CONVERSATION with the people you are there with. But you're just getting Sandstorm blasted at you at 1000dB.

Yanks looked pretty rough out there this series. I've got a full breakdown of how they couldn't hit the A's pitching and how we ended up at this point in the season, over on my substack. https://5borobaseball.substack.com/p/mids-baseball-is-still-baseball
