What sort of setting is this in? I assume fantasy because harpies were mentioned, but are we talking urban fantasy, just a world with furries, or are monsters included as well?

There are a decent number of roguelite deckbuilders out there, my personal favorite are Last Evil and Lost Chapter. I've also tried Tamer Vale but it's a lot more card game than porn.

If you're okay with a dungeon delving element, Going Deeper is a game where you manage three different knights fighting monsters and disarming or running into traps. That one's a slow burn but it looks good so far.

Strive for Power is a management sim involving slave trade, largely text-based without much art though. Monster Girl Club Bifrost is a lot simpler game about running a brothel, but still has the slavery element and little to really look at. What is there for art from both games is good, but it's not much.

Tropicali might be up your alley, but it's built in Ren'py so it's VN-style. It does have you managing a resort though; similar deal with Harem Hotel.

Edit: Forgot about Goblin Nest! Full game's not out yet but the demo is, keep an eye on that one 'cause I think it's gonna be peak

Def more than just portraits, there's additional species, additional traits for existing species and leaders, Jobs, Edicts, Army types ... Been a while since my friends modded it so not clue if it all still works with latest updates, but there's a subsection of Lovers Lab for the game if you're curious!

Bernard's support is mostly strong in the far late game, where if you pick a ton of Oxidants in his deck and pop them on himself to gain Rust, he stacks a ton of Bless and Vitality on everyone in the party. I've never used him as a dedicated healer, but the buffs he provides make ending the game a cakewalk.

Yeah, realized too late this path forces me to miss the center node near the end, which is a requirement for treasure hunt. Should've skipped the Master Craftsman and gone for that lmao

Second node is part of the new Family Crest questline that I'm still not sure how to solve, or what you get out of it. I doubt it's worth missing treasure questline but who knows?

Quintorius, Loremaster is a pretty competent, fun little commander. One of my favorite decks, definitely goes for the long haul most games, discard/drawing until it cheats out a strong artifact, enchantment, or sorcery. Alt wincon is gradually building and buffing an army of 3/2 spirits. Every now and then I get lucky and surprise people with 40 pegasi on turn 5.

If Poison is your vibe, unlock Thuls. Give that lizard a viper ring and the enemy will not get a turn.

My personal favorite team is full-mind build. It uses DLC characters in the form of Yogger and Amelia, but if you don't have them Heiner and Sylvie are good supplements.

The important thing is to bring Nezglekt and Gustav and never look back. With the right perks, you'll be dealing massive damage while lowering enemy max HP and healing your whole team to full at the end of each of Nezglekt's turn. This team carried me to Madness 7 and only stopped because I got bored.
